Beginning the procedure

Making the initial cut
Dr Ashish deployed Speedboat's advanced bipolar RF energy to cut tissue and progress the POEM procedure.
Dealing with bleeding
Dr Ashish was able to easily deploy the microwave coagulation energy mode for successful haemostasis of intra-procedural bleeding.
Pre-coagulation
Dr Ashish also used microwave energy to pre-coagulate large vessels, preventing further bleeding when needing to dissect the area.
The end result
The procedure was successfully completed in short order, with no major complications and the patient sent home to recover.
